Book Disney hotels in advance at their resort in California and take part in the mega bash on the occasion of its fiftieth anniversary. Enjoy the events galore that are lined up for this special occasion by staying in one of the Disney hotels. Latest addition next to Disneyland Park is the Disneyland vacation resort in Anaheim opened to public in 2001.

The events of these celebrations will begin on May 5th this year and last for 18 months! ‘Remember...Dreams Come True’ show will be organized with fireworks where a narration of the evolution of Disneyland will be rendered by Jiminy Cricket. New rocket coaster car rides are going to be included. The Dale Surf score will be replaced by new wave music at the rollercoaster rides venue. A replica of Tomorrowland attraction will be showcased along with Buzz Lightyear’s Space Rangers Spin. An interactive ride featuring star cruiser vehicles and laser guns will simulate a three dimensional video game.

Parade of Dreams will feature more than 100 performers, celebrated Disney characters, musical extravaganza and more. Exhibition of artifacts will showcase the history of this great park. Sleeping Beauty will have a major face-lift. Some of the tourists who visited Disneyland have sent in their photographs which will be exhibited at a show known as the ‘The Happiest Faces on Earth’.
